A mashup of the words Parañaque and Kalye, Parqal by Aseana stays true to its name with a modern alleyway that takes from the material palette of Parañaque’s streetscape and combines the warmth of wood, the strength of concrete, and the sophistication of steel.
"The park acts as a passage that invites passers-by who are curious about what this new destination has to offer."
Aseana Parqal is the first development in Aseana City to use ETFE system for its grand canopy, which at 16,800 sqm, is the biggest canopy in the Philippines to use such heat-repelling roof system. The project has a gross floor area of 118,437 square meters. The design makes the street shop experience more conducive in the Philippines’ hot and humid climate.
