Ayala Malls Feliz transforms a traditionally exclusive space atop developments into a shared amenity area for people to enjoy the view of the city's skyline and Antipolo's hills

Ayala Malls Feliz brings entertainment, dining, and leisure--the ingredients that make vibrant town centers--closer to those living on the Eastern fringes of Metro Manila. It is the second Ayala Mall in highly-urbanized Pasig City and the company's largest mall project in 2017.

"No need to sit in traffic going to the full-scale commercial centers in Makati or BGC just to find the biggest F&B and fashion brands."

While Feliz caters to the underserved upper-middle-class market in the laid back areas of Marikina, Antipolo, and Cainta, it also appeals to the wider public. No need to sit in traffic going to the full-scale commercial centers in Makati or BGC just to find the biggest F&B and fashion brands not available in the neighborhood malls of the east.

Ayala Malls Feliz has five levels of retail space that are home to a mixture of luxury and affordable shops, gourmet restaurants and fast-food choices, four movie theaters, and a large rooftop garden. The rooftop garden houses a chapel, recreation and sports activities areas, and entertainment amenities for families. The expanded outdoor amenity not only brings foot traffic into the shops, it also encourages people to stay longer and frequent the place more.

More than a place to buy necessities, Feliz is a place for people to create memorable experiences, celebrate life’s milestones, reunite with old friends, and bond with their families. It is home to the largest Timezone in the Philippines with a trampoline park and four levels of kids’ playground. Ayala Malls Feliz is located along the Marikina-Infanta Highway, popularly known as Marcos Highway.

The mall aptly takes the name, Feliz, which is the Spanish translation of joy or “Ligaya,” the name of the intersection adjacent to the project site.

"More than a place to buy necessities, Feliz is a place for people to create memorable experiences, celebrate life’s milestones, reunite with old friends, and bond with their families."
